Name of Participant:  All individuals (letterboxers) seeking the Luther's Love Letterbox

Waiver: By coming to the WLS campus to find the letterbox placed there, letterboxers attest and verify that they are physically fit to participate in the letterboxing activity.  Letterboxers are legally bound for themselves, their heirs, executors, and administrators to waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages they may have against Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary and its affiliates, servants, employees, assignees, successors, and heirs and any other sponsor and their representatives, successors, for any and all injuries suffered by letterboxers in this activity.
