This box was reported missing in February,
2001. Acorn suggests that this stamp might have been moved to
became the Tyranena Letterbox - which makes a lot of sense when you look at the
clues and the stamp for
Tyranena.
Update (8/4/08): Sure enough! LbNA
Post #7610 states:
"Dear Letterboxers,
I have great news! I have replaced the letter box at Tyranena
instead of Aztalan like my original one states. I am also going to
be placing another box at Aztalan, so be
on the look out!"
To my knowledge,
Deirdre never got around to placing another at Aztalan.
I have now replaced both the Tyranena and Aztalan boxes, keeping the
mix-up of the stamps intact for the sake of history and a bit of
fun.

From Green Bay, take 41 South to 26
South to 151 South. Get onto I-94 East to Lake Mills (about 30 min.
east of Madison).
Once in Lake Mills, follow the signs to Aztalan state park. Park in the last car park the park has to offer.
At the pump, you want a compass bearing of 84 degrees. The box
is behind a tree in the tree line at that bearing. Look for a
small wood pile.

From Green Bay, take 41 South to 26
