La Salle Park Letterbox

*I'll be very happy to give any of these boxes back
to their original owners upon request. I have only adopted
these boxes for upkeep and historical means and do not count them
among my planted boxes.

New Clues:
Note: Plaque is now missing, but others
have found it with a little common sense. They will probably
replace the plaque eventually...
La Salle Park Near
Forestville, WI - Door County
Clues: From Green Bay, take 54/57 North to 54 East to Algoma.
Follow County S to Sturgeon Bay. You'll see signs for
County U.
Take a right upon U. Follow U for 3.4 miles to La
Salle Park. It shall be on the right and it is not 'signed' stating
there is a park there until you pass it. So drive slow.
Stay on the upper trail to the monument stone describing the
settlers there. Let A be the first two digits of the year
LaSalle landed here: A = ______. Let B be twice the sum of the
digits of the year the monument was erected: B = ______ With your
back to the back of the plaque, take A steps east. Turn right
and take B paces down the path. Turn to your left. The box
is in the hole at the base of the tree before you behind loose tree
debris. Replace accordingly and unsuspiciously. Thanks! -Dragon

With your back to the plaque, turn 60 degrees to your left (which
will be around 220 degrees from your compass reading of 280
degrees).
There in front of you is the box. Good Luck in finding it among
the trees.
